Pre assessment pack and QB technology information (The QB Check is a cognitive task which generates a report - the data is then interpreted by our MDT staff and supplements your assessment process).

Full ADHD assessment completed by specialist ADHD clinicians.

​

A full comprehensive report which is sent to your general practitioner and other relevant professionals. Here, we can also complete a supporting document for your place of study/employment.

​

A diagnostic aftercare psychotherapeutic support session (we also offer a digital aftercare pack in the case you feel you do not require face to face support post-diagnosis) – this will go through what came up in your assessment, any comorbidities that require diagnosis and attention, your treatment options going forward.
